Mango Coconut Barfi
Servings - 3 - 4


Mango pulp -1 kilogram
Sugar - 300 grams
Desiccated coconut - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped cashew nuts - to taste



1. Add1 kilogram mango pulp in a heavy skillet and bring it boil in medium heat.
2. Add 300 grams sugar, 100 grams desiccated coconut and cook for a while until the mixture turns bit thick.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, cook until the mixture comes out from the vessel.
4. Pour the mixture on a greased plate, sprinkle the chopped cashew nuts.
5. Let the mixture refrigerate overnight.
6. Cut it into desire shape.
7. Serve.
