INGREDIENTS
Spinach leaves - 10
Gram flour - 70 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Water

 

PREPARATION


1. Take 10 spinach leaves and remove the hard stalk.
2. In a mixing bowl add 70 grams flour, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon rice flour and mix well.
3. Add water just as needed and make a thick batter.
4. Now dip the spinach leaves into the batter.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
