Paneer Cutlets

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Cabbage - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Gram flour - 70 grams
Water - 120 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs
Grated paneer - 300 grams
Boiled potatoes - 250 grams
Dry mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 10 grams

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons ginger and stir well.
2. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Now, add 60 grams carrot, 50 grams cabbage, 60 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon green chili and mix well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes to till the veggies are cooked.
5. In bowl, add 70 grams gram flour, 120 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well to make a thick batter.
6. Take a mixing bowl, add 300 grams grated paneer, 250 grams boiled potatoes, 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 10 grams coriander and the cooked veggies in it.
7. Mix all the ingredients well.
8. Take some mixture in your hand and roll them in circular shape.
9. Dip the cutlet in gram flour paste and the roll it in bread crumbs.
10. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
11. Serve hot with ketchup.
