Suji Potatoes Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 250 grams
Semolina - 200 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8
Boiled potatoes - 200 grams
Paneer - 150 grams
Boiled green peas - 100 grams
Red chili - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup

 

PREPARATION


 1. In a mixing bowl add 250 grams potatoes, 200 grams semolina, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1/2       teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters water and mix well.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 8 curry leaves, 200 grams boiled potatoes and stir well.
3. Add 150 grams paneer, 100 grams boiled green peas and mix well to combine.
4. Add 3/4 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix again.
5. Take a non stick pan and brushing with oil.
6. Make a semi thick dosa and cook until crisp from both the sides.
7. Spread ketchup over it and spread spoonful stuffing into the centre of the dosa and roll it into cylinder shape.
8. Cut the rolls into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.
9. Serve hot.
