Mango Chia Pudding
Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Coconut milk - 200 mililiters
Almond milk - 50 mililiters
Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
Chia seeds - 4 tablespoons
Mangoes - 1 1/2 cups

PREPARATION

 
1. Add 200 mililiters coconut milk in a mixing bowl, 50 mililiters almond milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 4 tablespoons chia seeds and mix well to combine.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups mangoes in a blender and blend it until smooth.
4. Fill the half glass with chia seeds mixture.
5. Top with mangoes mixture.
6. Garnish with mint.
7. Serve.
