Virgin Kiwi Mojito

INGREDIENTS

Kiwi - 100 grams

Lemon slices - 2

Mint leaves - 3 tablespoons

Sugar syrup - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Ice

Sparkling water - 400 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a jug, add 100 grams kiwi, 2 lemon slices, 3 tablespoons mint leaves and muddle them using a muddler.

2. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar syrup, ice, 2 kiwi slices, mint leaves, 400 milliliters sparkling water and mix well to combine.

3. Garnish with kiwi slice and mint leaves.

4. Serve.
