Keto Cheese Corn Palak Omelette

INGREDIENTS

Eggs - 4

Spinach puree - 2 tablespoons

Black pepper - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Boiled corn - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In am mixing bowl, add 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons spinach puree, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, pour the mixture into it.

3. Garnish with boiled corn and mozzarella cheese.

4. Cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

5. Serve.
