Vegan Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

Bananas - 380 grams

Brown sugar - 120 grams

Vegetable oil - 100 milliliters

Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Nutmeg powder - 1/8 teaspoon

Wheat flour - 180 grams

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Sunflower seeds - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 380 grams bananas, 120 grams brown sugar and whisk it well.

2. Add 100 milliliters vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder and whisk it again.

3. Take a large stainer, add 180 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and strain them.

4. Whisk well to make a thick batter. Add 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds and mix it well.

5. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

7. Cool completely in the pan. Cut it into slices.

8. Serve and enjoy.
