PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Then, add 1 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
4. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 395 grams curd and mix it well.
6. Serve.
