Boiled green peas - 450 grams
Gram flour - 115 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for greasing

Tomato - 260 grams
Onions - 180 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1/2 tablespoon
Green chili - 5
Water - 60 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 110 milliliters
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 450 grams boiled mashed green peas, 115 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Grease your hand with oil.
3. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them in round balls.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a pot and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
5. In a blender, add 260 grams tomato, 180 grams onions, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 5 green chili, 60 milliliters water and blend it into a smooth paste.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add the blended mixture in it and stir well.
7. Cook this mixture for 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and mix it well.
9. Then, add 110 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
10. Add the fried koftas in it and mix well.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Serve hot.
