PREPARATION
1. Heat 60 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 300 grams rice and stir well. Cook rice until it begins to turn golden brown in color.
2. Add 75 grams ketchup, 1 teaspoon garlic, 45 grams onions and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Add 150 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
4. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add 70 grams carrot, 70 grams green peas, 650 milliliters water and mix it well.
6. Cover it with lid and cook for 20 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed.
7. Serve.
