Paneer Butter Masala

INGREDIENTS

Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 tablespoon

Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Milk - 220 milliliters

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

Fried onions - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Milk - 220 milliliters

Paneer - 200 grams

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 220 milliliters milk and mix it well. Keep aside.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Add 1 tablespoon fried onions and stir well.

4. Now, add the milk mixture in it and mix it well.

5. Cover it with lid and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

6. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 220 milliliters milk and stir continuously.

7. Then, add 200 grams paneer and mix it well. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

8. Garnish with coriander.

9. Serve hot.
