Strawberry Coconut Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Strawberries - 200 grams
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Desiccated coconut - 180 grams
Condensed milk - 40 grams
Desiccated coconut - for coating

PREPARATION


1. Take 200 grams strawberries and cut it into half.
2. Transfer this into a blender and blend it into a puree.
3. Transfer this into a pan, add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a another pan, add 180 grams desiccated coconut and mix it well.
7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
8. Add 40 grams condensed milk and mix it well.
9. Now, add the prepared strawberry sauce and mix it well.
10. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
11. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
12. Take some mixture in your hands shape it into ladoos.
13. Roll them in desiccated coconut.
14. Serve.

Chocolate Coconut Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Condensed milk - 180 grams
Desiccated coconut - 80 grams
Almonds - 1/2 tablespoon
Cashews - 1/2 tablespoon
Water - 500 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 50 grams
Desiccated coconut - for coating
