Caramel Bread Pudding

Bread slices - 6

Eggs - 4

Fresh cream - 500 milliliters

Powdered brown sugar - 100 grams

Powdered sugar - 60 grams

Vanilla essence - 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg powder - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Milk - 200 milliliters

Powdered brown sugar - for sprinkling

Powdered brown sugar - 120 grams

Butter - 100 milliliters

Fresh cream - 150 milliliters

Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Take a bread slice and cut it into small square pieces.

2. Transfer this into a baking tray and spread it evenly.

3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 3 - 4 minutes.

4. Remove it from oven and keep aside.

5. In a mixing bowl, add 4 eggs and whisk it well.

6. Then, add 500 milliliters fresh cream and mix it well.

7. Add 100 grams powdered brown sugar, 60 grams powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.

8. Add 200 milliliters milk and mix it well.

9. Now, add the baked bread cubes and mix it again.

10. Transfer this into a baking dish.

11. Add some powdered brown sugar on it.

12. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

13. Remove it from oven and cut it into pieces.

14. Take a deep pan, add 120 grams powdered brown sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is melted.

15. Add 100 milliliters butter, 150 milliliters fresh cream and mix it well.

16. Bring it to a boil.

17. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.

18. Place the baked bread on a plate.

19. Top with vanilla ice cream.

20. Drizzle with prepared sauce.

21. Serve.
