Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 370 gram
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 225 grams
Peanut butter - 225 grams
Powdered brown sugar - 170 grams
Powdered sugar - 225 grams
Eggs - 2
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 20 milliliters
Crushed peanuts - 115 grams
Chocolate chips - 2 tablespoons
Roasted sesame seeds - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 370 grams wheat flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.
2. In a another bowl, add 225 grams butter and whisk it well.
3. Add 225 grams peanut butter and mix it well.
4. Then, add 170 grams powdered brown sugar, 225 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
5. Add 1 egg and mix it again.
6. Add 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.
7. Now, add the prepared flour mixture and mix it well to make a thick batter.
8. Add 20 milliliters milk, 115 grams crushed peanuts, 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and mix it well.
9. Refrigerate the dough for 15 - 20 minutes.
10. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a cookie.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Top with sesame seeds.
13. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
14. Serve or store in an airtight container.
