PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter, 200 grams icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons milk and whisk it well.
2. Take 600 grams cake base and crumbled it into a large bowl.
3. Add the prepared frosting, 220 grams funfetti and mix it well.
4. Using a small scoop, portion out the cake pops and roll each one into a ball.
5. Place it on a tray and refrigerate for 5 - 10 minutes.
6. Red a red fondant and sprinkle corn flour on it.
7. Flatten it with help of rolling pin.
8. Take the cake pops and roll the fondant on it.
9. Prick a pop stick inside it. Keep aside.
10. For eyes take black and white fondant.
11. Flatten the black fondant and cut out a circle from it.
12. Cut out a thin strip from the middle of the black circle. Next, cut out two small segments from each of the half circles. (See Video)
13. Take a small piece of white fondant and roll it into a small ball. Then flatten it into a circle and cut it in half - these are the eyes.
14. Use edible glue to stick these onto the black fondant pieces. Press it down gently.
15. Apply a little gluer to the back of the black fondant piece and stick it on the front of the cake pops.
16. Gently press it down along the edges to make sure it sticks well to the cake pops. Let it dry completely.
17. Serve and enjoy!
