Red Velvet Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 120 grams
Powdered sugar - 100 grams
Powdered brown sugar - 100 grams
Eggs - 4
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Melted dark chocolate - 100 grams
Organic food color - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Cream cheese - 200 grams
Powdered sugar - 80 grams
Egg white - 2
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 120 grams butter and whisk it well.
2. Then, add 100 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
3. Add 100 grams powdered brown sugar and mix it well.
4. Now, add 4 eggs one by one and mix it well to make a thick batter.
5. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 100 grams melted dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon organic food color and mix it well.
6. Then, add 200 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. In a another mixing bowl, add 200 grams cream cheese, 80 grams powdered sugar, 2 egg white, 30 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well to make a thick batter.
8. Transfer the red velvet mixture into baking dish and spread it evenly.
9. Then, add the cream cheese mixture on top of it and spread it evenly.
10. Now, add some spoons of red velvet mixture on top of it and swirl it with toothpick to make a design.
11. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
12. Remove it from oven.
13. Cut it into pieces.
14. Serve.

Eggless Chocolate Brownies

Dark chocolate - 240 grams
Water - 190 milliliters
Butter - 150 grams
Powdered sugar - 40 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk - 400 grams
All purpose flour - 280 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Walnuts - to taste
