Low Calorie Sugar Milkcake

INGREDIENTS


Milk - 2 litres

Alum powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Equal sugar - 20 grams

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Pistachios - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 litres milk in a heavy skillet and stir continuously until the milk reduced to its half quantity.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon alum powder and mix it well.

3. Cook until the mixture thickens.

4. Then, add 20 grams equal sugar and mix it well.

5. Now, add 2 tablespoons ghee, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.

6. Transfer the mixture into a tray and cut it into pieces.

7. Cool for 2 hours.

8. Garnish with pistachios.

9. Serve.
