Paal Kozhukattai With Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS
Water - 200 milliliters
Milk - 200 milliliters
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Rice flour - 120 grams
Sesame oil - 20 milliliters
Water - 500 milliliters
Coconut milk powder - 50 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a skillet, add 200 milliliters water, 200 milliliters milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and stir well.
3. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 120 grams rice flour and mix it well.
4. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes on medium heat or until the water evaporates and forms a dough.
5. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
6. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 20 milliliters sesame oil and knead the dough well.
7. Take some mixture in your hands and roll it into small ball.
8. Do the same with the remaining dough.
9. Transfer the prepared ball into a bowl and keep aside.
10. Heat 500 milliliters water in a heavy skillet , add 50 grams coconut milk powder and mix it well.
11. Add 100 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
12. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
13. Now, add the prepared balls in it and mix it again.
14. Bring it to a boil.
15. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes on medium heat.
16. Remove it from heat.
17. Serve.
