Raspberry Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon

Hot water - 2 tablespoons

Water - 350 milliliters

Fresh cream - 100 grams

Chocolate - 100 grams

Whipped cream - 250 grams

Raspberry jam - 250 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon gelatin, 2 tablespoons hot water and mix it well.
  2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a deep pan, add 350 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
  4. Place a bowl on top of it.
  5. Add 100 grams fresh cream, 100 grams chocolate in it.
  6. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted completely.
  7. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  8. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams whipped cream and whisk it well.
  9. Then, add the melted chocolate, 250 grams raspberry jam and mix it well.
  10. Now, add the gelatin mixture and mix it well.
  11. Take a glass fill it with whipped cream mixture.
  12. Top with raspberry jam.
  13. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  14. Serve.
