Sizzling Brownie With Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
Water - 550 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 200 grams
Butter - 200 grams
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Brown sugar - 150 grams
Cocoa powder - 25 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 220 milliliters
Walnuts
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 500 milliliters water. Place a bowl on top of it.
2. Add 200 grams dark chocolate, 200 grams butter and stir until the chocolate and butter is melted completely.
3. Remove it from heat.
4. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 150 grams brown sugar, 25 grams cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 220 milliliters milk and mix it well to
make a thick batter.
5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
6. Sprinkle walnuts on top of it.
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove it from oven and cut it into slices.
9. Heat the sizzler plate on an open flame till red hot.
10. Place the brownie in the centre.
11. Add 1 vanilla scoop on top of it.
12. Top with chocolate sauce.
13. Serve.
