INGREDIENTS


Tri Color Halwa

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
(For Matar Ka Halwa)
โ€จWater - 700 milliliters
Green peas - 300 grams
Ghee - 35 milliliters
Sugar - 50 grams
Khoa - 50 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

(For White Chocolate Phirni)
Rice - 50 grams
Water - 300 milliliters, divided
Milk - 750 milliliters
Khoa - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 50 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
White chocolate - 50 grams

(For Gajar Ka Halwa)
Ghee - 45 milliliters
Grated carrots - 300 grams
Milk - 250 milliliters
Sugar - 50 grams
Khoa - 150 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pistachios - for garnishing

PREPARATION


(For Matar Ka Halwa)
1. Take a pan, add 700 milliliters water, 300 grams green peas and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and drain the green peas.
5. Transfer this into a blender and blend it into a puree.
6. Heat 35 milliliters ghee in a skillet, add the blended puree in it and mix it well.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
9. Then, add 50 grams khoa and mix it well.
10. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For White Chocolate Phirni)
1. In a bowl, add 50 grams rice, 250 milliliters water and soak for 20 - 25 minutes.
2. Transfer the rice into a blender, add 50 milliliters water and blend it well. Keep aside.
3. Heat 750 milliliters milk in a skillet, add the blended mixture in it and mix it well.
4. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
5. Then, add 2 tablespoons khoa, 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
6. Cook until the mixture thickens.
7. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 50 grams white chocolate and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the chocolate is melted.
9. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Gajar Ka Halwa)
1. Heat 45 milliliters ghee in a skillet, add 300 grams grated carrots in it and mix it well.
2. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
4. Then, add 250 milliliters milk and mix it well.
5. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
6. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
7. Add 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
8. Now, add 150 grams khoa and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
11. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
12. Remove it from heat.

(For Assembling)
1. Take a serving glass and fill 1/4 glass with matar ka halwa.
2. Then, fill the glass halfway with white chocolate phirni.
3. Now on top add gajar ka halwa.
4. Garnish with pistachios.
5. Serve.
