Cadbury Eggless Chocolate Soufflé

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Cadbury cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Milk - 300 milliliters
Butter - 50 milliliters
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Cadbury bournville - 100 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk - 100 milliliters
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 200 milliliters
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - for brushing
Superfine sugar - for coating

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons cadbury cocoa powder, 300 milliliters milk and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.
3. Heat 50 milliliters butter in a pan, add 50 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
4. Then, add the prepared mixture and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
6. Transfer this into a bowl, add 100 grams cadbury bournville and mix it well.
7. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 100 milliliters condensed milk and mix it well.
8. Then, add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 200 milliliters milk and mix it again.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.
10. Now, take a ramekin and spread the butter inside it.
11. Add some superfine sugar and rotate ramekins until sugar coats all surfaces. Pour off extra sugar from it.
12. Fill it with the prepared batter and clean the sides to remove the sugar from it.
13. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
14. Remove it from oven.
15. Dust with powdered sugar.
16. Serve immediately.
