(For Chicken Broccoli Fritters)


Chicken breast - 1 kilograms
Broccoli - 250 grams
Corn flour - 30 grams
Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
Bread crumbs - 80 grams
Eggs - 2
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for frying

(For Honey Mustard Sauce)
Mayonnaise - 90 grams
Mustard sauce - 60 grams
Honey - 60 grams
Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION


(For Chicken Broccoli Fritters)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
3. Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepared tikkis on it,
4. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Honey Mustard Sauce)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Serve with prepared fritters.

Cheesy Chicken Fritters

Boneless chicken - 580 grams
Eggs - 2
Mayonnaise - 85 grams
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
Coriander - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

(For Garlic Aioli Dip)
Mayonnaise - 85 grams
Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - for shallow frying
Coriander - for garnishing
