Tandoori Fried Chicken

Garam masala - 1 tablespoon

Tandoori chicken masala - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon

(For Coating)

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon

Nutmeg powder - 3/4 teaspoon

Dry fenugreek - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon’

Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

(For Sauce)

Sriracha chili sauce - 60 grams

Honey - 50 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

2. Marinate for 3 - 4 hours.

(For Coating)

3. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
