Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 85 grams
Mushroom - 50 grams
Carrots - 50 grams
Broccoli - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 150 grams
Purple cabbage - 45 grams
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce - 2 teaspoons
Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Boiled noodles - 150 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Then, add 85 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 50 grams mushrooms and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 50 grams carrots, 40 grams broccoli, 150 grams bell pepper, 45 grams purple cabbage, 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well.
6. Cook the veggies for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce and mix it well.
8. Add 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it again.
9. Then, add 150 grams boiled noodles and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Remove it from heat.
12. Serve hot.
