Cheesy Chicken Keema Macaroni

INGREDIENTS
Water - 1.5 litre
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 15 milliliters
Macaroni -250 grams
Oil - 20 mililiters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 120 grams
Tomato - 220 grams
Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken keema - 600 grams
Butter - 80 milliliters
All purpose flour - 80 grams
Milk - 1 litre
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Cheddar cheese - 100 grams
Chilli flakes - for garnish
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1.5 litre water in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon salt, 15 milliters oil, 250 grams macaroni and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil. Cook till the macaroni is done. Keep aside.
3. Heat 20 milliliters oil, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for 1 minute.
4. Add 120 grams onions and fry it till translucent
5. Now, add 220 grams tomato and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Add 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
7. Then, add 600 grams chicken keema and cook 10 - 15 minutes.
8. Heat 80 milliliters butter in a heavy skillet, Now add 80 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
9. Now,add 1 litre milk and stir well.
10. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
11. Add 100 grams cheddar cheese and mix it.
12. Now, add chicken keema mixture and mix again.
13. Add boiled macaroni and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
14. Garnish with chilli flakes.
15. Serve.
