Chicken breast - 800 grams
Oil - 15 milliliters
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 15 milliliters
Red chilli sauce - 15 milliliters
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 15 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Carrots - 250 grams
Cabbage - 150 grams
Spring onions - 35 grams
Coriander - 15 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Boiled noodles - 300 grams
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 800 grams chicken breast, 15 milliliters oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 2 hours.
3. Heat 15 milliliters oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken breast on it.
4. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
5. Remove it from heat and cut it into pieces. Keep aside.
6. In a bowl, add 15 milliliters red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and mix it well. Keep aside.
7. Heat 15 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
8. Then, add 250 grams carrots, 150 grams cabbage and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Now, add 35 grams spring onions, 15 grams coriander and mix it well.
11. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it again.
12. Add the prepared sauce in it and mix it well.
13. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
14. Then, add the cooked chicken in it and mix it well.
15. Now, add 300 grams boiled noodles and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Garnish with spring onions.
18. Serve hot.
