Chicken Kebab Corn Dogs

INGREDIENTS
Onions - 60 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Cashews - 40 grams
Minced chicken - 500 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Bread crumbs - 40 grams
Ghee - 25 milliliters
Oil - for grilling
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Cornmeal - 100 grams
Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Honey - 20 grams
Beaten egg - 1
Milk - 300 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Mustard sauce - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 60 grams onions, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 40 grams cashews and blend it into a paste.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams minced chicken, blended mixture, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 40 grams bread crumbs, 25 milliliters bread crumbs and mix it well.
3. Rest the mixture for 30 minutes.
4. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a kebab.
5. Heat some oil in a grill pan and grill it for 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
6. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 100 grams cornmeal, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 20 grams honey, 1 beaten egg, 300 milliliters milk and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. Dip the grilled corn dog into the batter properly.
8. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
9. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
10. Garnish with mustard sauce.
11. Serve hot.
