INGREDIENTS
Onions - 100 grams
Boneless chicken - 500 grams
Yogurt - 100 grams
Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION


1. In a blender add 100 grams onions and blend it into a paste.
2. Now, in a mixing bowl, add 500 grams boneless chicken, 100 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 50 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 8 - 10 curry leaves and mix it well to combine.
3. Marinate for 1 hour.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve.
