Firecracker Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

Chicken thighs - 950 grams

Kosher salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Oil - 35 milliliters

Olive oil - 30 milliliters

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Hot sauce - 150 grams

Brown sugar - 100 grams

Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon

Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Kosher salt - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 950 grams chicken thighs, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it very well to combine.

2. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.

3. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and roast for 1 - 2 minutes.

4. Now, Heat 35 milliliters oil in a pan, add marinated chicken thighs in it.

5. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or till the chicken is cooked through.

6. Now, heat 30 milliliters olive oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic and cook for 1 minute.

7. Add 150 grams hot sauce and mix well.

8. Then, add 100 grams brown sugar, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Add, 1 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and mix it well.

10. Add rosted chicken thighs and mix it well.

11. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.

12. Serve.
