Fried Chicken Buns

INGREDIENTS

Warm water - 130 milliliters

Powdered sugar - 3 teaspoons

Yeast - 1 teaspoon

All Purpose Flour - 200 grams

Milk powder - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Chicken - 400 grams

Salt - 3/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Oregano- 1 teaspoon

Basil - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 35 milliliters

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 90 grams

Sweet corns - 60 grams

Bell pepper - 100 grams

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Powdered sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon

Mozzarella cheese - 90 grams

Butter - for brushing

Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 milliliters warm water, 3 teaspoons powdered sugar and mix it well.
  2. Then, add 1 teaspoon yeast and mix it well.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 200 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil and knead it into a dough.
  5. Rest for 30 minutes.
  6. In a another mixing bowl, add 400 grams chicken, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon basil and mix it well to combine.
  7. Marinate for 25 - 30 minutes.
  8. Heat 35 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute 1 - 2 minutes.
  9. Add 90 grams and  fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  10. Now, add 60 grams sweet corns, 100 grams bell pepper,1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar and mix it well.
  11. Add marinated chicken and mix it well.
  12. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
  13. Now, add 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, 90 grams mozzarella cheese and mix it well.
  14. Remove it from heat.
  15. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  16. Add the prepared mixture on it.
  17. Now, roll it into a lemon sized ball.
  18. Then, brushing with butter on it.
  19. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
  20. Serve.
