Grilled Roasted Duck Breast

INGREDIENTS

U.S. Duck breast - 2

Olive - for brushing

Salt - a pinch

Crushed black pepper - a pinch

Butter - 30 milliliters

Honey - 25 milliliters

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Parsley - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Green beans - 80 grams

Bell pepper - 100 grams

Cheery tomato - 80 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. Take 2 duck breast and brush it with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper on it.
  3. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Heat 30 milliliters butter, 25 milliliters honey in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir well.
  5. Bring it to a boil.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon parsley and mix it well.
  7. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  8. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add 80 grams green beans, 100 grams bell pepper, 80 grams cherry tomato and mix it well.
  9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  11. Add the marinated duck breast on a griller and grill until it turns dark brown in color from all sides.
  12. Remove it from griller and cut it into pieces.
  13. Take a serving plate, add the cooked veggies on it.
  14. Place the grilled roasted duck breast on it.
  15. Drizzle the prepared dressing on it.
  16. Serve.
