Mutton Ki Goli

INGREDIENTS
(For Green Chutney)
Coriander - 15 grams
Mint - 5 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Water - 35 milliliters
Yogurt - 60 grams

(For Mutton Ki Goli)
Minced mutton - 500 grams
Garlic cloves - 2
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Melted butter - 30 milliliters
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION


(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except yogurt and blend it into a puree.
2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 60 grams yogurt and mix it well.
3. Keep aside.

(For Mutton Ki Goli)
1. In a blender, add 500 grams minced chicken, 2 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and blend it well.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 30 milliliters melted butter, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve hot with prepared chutney.
