INGREDIENTS
Black salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Dry ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 20 grams

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 140 grams

Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon

Bell pepper - 120 grams

Tomato - 140 grams

Sweet corns - 70 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Prepared peri peri seasoning - 2 tablespoons

Water - 100 milliliters

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Eggs - 6

Black pepper - to taste

Peri peri seasoning - to taste

Processed cheese - to taste

Coriander - to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat 20 grams butter, 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 140 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  3. Then, add 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. Now, add 120 grams bell pepper, 140 grams tomato and mix it well.
  5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Add 70 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons prepared peri peri seasoning and mix it well.
  8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  9. Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
  10. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
  11. Spread the mixture evenly.
  12. Now, add 6 eggs on it.
  13. Sprinkle black pepper and peri peri seasoning on it.
  14. Garnish some processed cheese and coriander on it.
  15. Cover it with lid and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
  16. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
  17. Serve.
