INGREDIENTS
Onions - 60 grams
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Powdered brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
Fish sauce - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Coconut milk - 55 milliliters
Lemon grass - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 40 milliliters
U.S. chicken drumsticks - 780 grams
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except u.s. chicken and mix it well.
2. Add 780 grams u.s. chicken drumsticks and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 30 - 35 minutes.
4. Transfer this into a baking dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 30 minutes.
6. Remove it from oven and flip it to the other side.
7. Again bake for about 30 minutes.
8. Remove it from oven.
9. Garnish with spring onions.
10. Serve hot.
