Turkey Stuffed Legs

INGREDIENTS
Onions - 120 grams

Bell pepper - 300 grams

Paneer - 100 grams

Bread crumbs - 100 grams

Chicken stock - 100 milliliters

Egg - 1

Walnuts - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Raisins - 2 tablespoons

U.S. turkey legs - 3

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Oil - for shallow frying

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 120 grams onions, 300 grams bell pepper, 100 grams paneer, 100 grams bread crumbs, 100 milliliters chicken stock, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons walnuts, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons raisins and mix it well.
  2. Take a u.s. turkey leg and make some space in leg with the help of a knife.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.
  4. Stuff it with prepared mixture and prick toothpicks in it so the stuffing doesn’t come out.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan, add the stuffed turkey leg in it.
  6. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.
  7. Cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
  8. Remove it from heat and transfer this onto a baking tray.
  9. Add some mozzarella cheese on it.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 35 - 40 minutes.
  11. Remove it from oven.
  12. Serve hot.
