Finger Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Mayonnaise - 120 grams
Carrot - 25 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Brown bread slices - 10
Butter spread - 25 grams
Cucumber - to taste
Cherry tomatoes - for garnish

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams mayonnaise, 25 grams carrot, 50 grams bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano and mix well.
2. Now, take a bread slice on a flat surface and cut the edges.
3. Then, spread some butter evenly.
4. Place a spoonful of prepared mixture on it.
5. Top it with sliced cucumbers and cover it with another bread slice.
6. Cut it into 4 halves.
7. Top the sandwich with cherry tomato pricked with toothpick
8. Serve immediately.

Pinwheel Sandwich

Serving - 3

INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Green chutney - 1 teaspoon
Brown bread - 3
Butter - 30 grams 
Bell pepper - to taste
Cheese slice - 3
Black pepper - to taste
Cabbage - to taste
Carrot - to taste
Ketchup - to taste
Salt - to taste

PRREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon green chutney and mix well.
2. Now take bread slices and cut the edges with a sharp knife.
3. Flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
4. Apply some butter on the edges and seal 3 bread slices together.
5. Then, place some prepared sauce evenly.
6. Add sliced bell pepper and 3 cheese slices.
7. Now, sprinkle some black pepper powder over it.
8. Add some chopped cabbage, grated carrot, ketchup and salt according to taste.
9. Roll it tight with a cling wrap.
10. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
11. Serve.
