Muesli Chia Seed & Dry Fruit Jar

INGREDIENTS

Chia seeds - 50 grams

Water - 100 milliliters

Yogurt - 70 grams

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Muesli - to taste

Bananas - to taste

Pomegranate - to taste

Almonds - to taste

Walnuts - to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams chia seeds, 100 milliliters water and soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Then, add 70 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
  3. Take a jar, add some muesli, chia seeds mixture, bananas, pomegranate, almonds and walnuts.
  4. Serve.
