PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams chia seeds, 100 milliliters water and soak for 5 minutes.
- Then, add 70 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Take a jar, add some muesli, chia seeds mixture, bananas, pomegranate, almonds and walnuts.
- Serve.
