INGREDIENTS

(For Black Grape Pani)

Black grape - 180 grams

Mint - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 2

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Boondi - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

(For Chaas Pani)

Yogurt - 160 grams

Mint - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 2

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Back salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

 

 

(For Guava Pani)

Guava - 230 grams

Mint - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Boondi - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

(For Limca Pudina Pani)

Limca - 300 milliliters

Mint - 5 grams

Green chili - 2

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Water - 300 milliliters

Boondi - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

 

(For Raw Mango Pani)

Raw mangoes - 160 grams

Mint - 3 grams

Coriander - 3 grams

Green chili - 2

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Boondi - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

 

(For Orange Flavour Pani)

Oranges - 260 grams

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Boondi - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

 

(For Potato Mixture)

Boiled potatoes - 190 grams

Onions - 20 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Mint - 1 tablespoon

Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Gol gappe - 170 pieces

 

PREPARATION

(For Black Grape Pani)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except boondi and blend it well.
  2. Strain the water from it.
  3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons boondi and mix it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Keep aside.

 

 

(For Chaas Pani)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except coriander and blend it well.
  2. Strain the water from it.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Keep aside.

 

(For Guava Pani)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except boondi and blend it well.
  2. Strain the water from it.
  3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons boondi and mix it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Keep aside.

 

 

(For Limca Pudina Pani)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except boondi and blend it well.
  2. Strain the water from it.
  3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons boondi and mix it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Keep aside.

 

 

(For Raw Mango Pani)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except boondi and blend it well.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(Assembling Pani Puri)

  1. Take a puri and crack it from top. Fill the potato mixture in it.
  2. Pour the pani in puri.
  3. Enjoy these unique and various flavours pani puris.
