Bread Katori Pizza

NGREDIENTS

Processed cheese - 35 grams

Bell Pepper - 290 grams

Olives - 2 tablespoons

Paneer - 55 grams

Sweet corns - 85 grams

Mushrooms - 75 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoons

Black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Thyme - 1/4 teaspoon

Basil - 1/2 teaspoon

Olive oil - 2 teaspoons

Bread slice

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 35 grams processed cheese, 290 grams bell pepper, 2 tablespoons olives, 55 grams paneer, 85 grams sweet corns, 75 grams mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 2 teaspoons olive oil and mix it well.
  2. Take a bread slice and cut all it edges.
  3. Flatten the bread slice with a rolling pin.
  4. Now, spread some pizza sauce over it.
  5. Place the  bread slice into a baking tray and make a shape of cup. (See Video)
  6. Fill it with prepared mixture.
  7. Top with some mozzarella cheese.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Serve.
