Butter and Cheese Loaded Hot Dog

INGREDIENTS

(For Stuffing)

Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Green chilli - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 100 grams

Bell pepper - 50 grams

Boiled sweet corns - 50 grams

Carrots - 50 grams

Cabbage - 50 grams

Boiled mashed potatoes - 250 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Mother dairy paneer - 100 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

 

(For Cheese Sauce)

Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons

Mother dairy fresh cream - 150 grams

Onions - 30 grams

Black peppercorns - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Water - for boiling

Mother dairy cheese slices - 6

Hot dog buns - 6

Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons

Tamarind chutney - 50 grams

Prepared cheese sauce - to taste

Prepared stuffing - to taste

Grated mother dairy cheese - 100 grams

Mustard sauce - 50 grams

Ketchup - 50 grams

 

PREPARATION

(For Stuffing)

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir for a minute.
  2. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  3. Now, add 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams boiled sweet corns, 50 grams carrots, 50 grams cabbage and mix it well.
  4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Add 250 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it again.
  7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Now, add 100 grams grated mother dairy paneer and mix it well.
  9. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Add 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
  11. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
  12. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 - 8 minutes.

 

(For Cheese Sauce)

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.
  2. Add 150 grams mother dairy fresh cream and mix it well.
  3. Then, add 30 grams onions, 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1/8 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
  4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove it from heat and strain the sauce.
  6. Take a deep pan, add some water in it. Bring to a boil.
  7. Place a bowl on it, add 6 mother dairy cheese slices in it.
  8. Add the prepared cream mixture and mix it well.
  9. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

 

(For Butter and Cheese Loaded Hot Dog)

  1. Take a hot dog bun and make a slit in it.
  2. Brush it with mother dairy butter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Remove it from oven and place it on a board.
  5. Then, add some tamarind chutney and prepared cheese sauce on it.
  6. Now, add the prepared stuffing in it.
  7. Garnish some grated mother dairy cheese over it.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Again bake for about 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove it from oven.
  10. Drizzle some ketchup and mustard sauce over it.
  11. Serve hot.
