Cheese Burst Peri Peri Omelette

INGREDIENTS

(For Peri Peri Masala)

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chilli - 1/2 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

 

(For Cheese Burst Peri Peri Omelette)

Eggs - 3

Mother dairy milk - 30 milliliters

Red chilli - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Onions - 2 tablespoons

Mother dairy butter - 1 tablespoon

Bread slices - 2

Mother dairy butter - for brushing

Mother dairy cheese slices - 2

 

PREPARATION

(For Peri Peri Masala)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

2. Keep aside.

 

(For Cheese Burst Peri Peri Omelette)

1. In a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs, 30 milliliters mother dairy milk and whisk it well.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons onions and whisk it again.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon mother dairy butter in a pan, add the whisked eggs in it.

4. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.

5. Place bread slices on it and brush it with mother dairy butter.

6. Flip the omelette carefully.

7. Place the mother dairy cheese slices and sprinkle some peri peri masala on it.

8. Fold the omelette from all sides and toast the bread for a minute.

9. Cut it into desired shape.

10. Serve hot.
