Cheese Loaded Corn Maggi Sandwich

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 25 milliliters
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 70 grams
Sweet corns - 150 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 litre
Maggi masala - 20 grams
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Maggi - 240 grams
Cheese slices - 4
Bread slices
Processed cheese - to taste
Butter - for brushing & grilling

PREPARATION


1. Heat 25 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
2. Then, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 150 grams sweet corns, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1 litre water, 20 grams maggi masala, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder and mix it well.
6. Bring it to a boil.
7. Now, add 240 grams maggi and mix it well.
8. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
9. Open the lid, add 4 cheese slices and mix it well.
10. Take a bread slice and add some processed cheese on it.
11. Then, add the prepared maggi on it and spread it evenly.
12. Add some cheese on top of it.
13. Place a another slice of bread and make another layer of maggi and cheese.
14. Cover it with bread slice.
15. Place it on a griller and brush it with butter.
16. Grill for about 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
17. Remove it from griller and cut it into half.
