Cheesy  Burrito

INGREDIENTS

(For Taco Seasoning)

Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Onion powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

 

(For Stuffing)

Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons

Onions - 100 grams

Tomato - 200 grams

Bell pepper - 150 grams

Prepared taco seasoning - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Mother dairy cheese slices - 4

 

(For Cheese Burrito)

Tortilla - 4

Mother dairy cheese slices - 8

Lettuce - 100 grams

Onion slices - 50 grams

 

PREPARATION

(For Taco Seasoning)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(For Stuffing)

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a skillet, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  2. Add 200 grams tomato, 150 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
  3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons prepared taco seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
  5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Now, add 4 mother dairy cheese slices and mix it well.
  7. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

 

(For Cheese Burrito)

  1. Take a tortilla, add the prepared stuffing on it.
  2. Then, add some mother dairy cheese slices, lettuce and onion slices.
  3. Roll it tightly and cover it with aluminium foil.
  4. Serve.
