INGREDIENTS


Cheesy Omelette Pav

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 50 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Warm water - 100 milliliters
Butter - for brushing
Eggs - 2
Onions - 10 grams
Tomato - 10 grams
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 50 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
4. Add 100 milliliters warm water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
6. Take a portion from dough and roll it into a ball.
7. Place it in a tray. Do the same with the remaining dough.
8. Cover it with cloth.
9. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
10. Brush it with butter.
11. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 25 minutes.
12. Remove it from oven.
13. Cut the pav equally.
14. Heat some butter in a pan and place the pav on it.
15. Brush it with butter from both sides.
16. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
17. Remove it from heat.
18. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 10 grams onions, 10 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons coriander and mix it well.
19. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add the egg mixture in it.
20. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
21. Flip it gently.
22. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
23. Fold the omelette and cook until the cheese is melted.
24. Place it between the prepared pav.
25. Cut it into half.
26. Serve hot.
