INGREDIENTS


Cheesy Paneer Dosa

 

Serving - 6

  

Oil - 2 teaspoons 
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Green chilli - 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves - 6

Onion - 50 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon

Mother dairy paneer - 200 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli - 1 teaspoon

Mother dairy cheese slice - 2

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Dosa mixture - 160 grams

Yogurt - 120 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 250 milliliters

Mother dairy butter - for brushing

Ketchup - to taste

Mother dairy cheese spread - to taste

Mother dairy cheese cube grated - to taste

 

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
  2. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon green chilli and sauté for a minute.
  3. Now, add 6 curry leaves, 50 grams onion and mix well.
  4. Then, add 50 grams tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. Take 200 grams mother dairy paneer and grate it with the help of grater.
  7. Add the grated paneer in the pan, mix and combine all together.
  8. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon red chilli and mix well.
  9. Add 2 slices of mother dairy cheese, stir and cook for a while.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon coriander, and stir properly.
  11. Remove the pan from heat.
  12. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams dosa mixture, 120 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 250 milliliters water. Mix well.
  13. keep aside and rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  14. Heat a griddle/ dosa tawa, pour some dosa batter and spread it evenly on tawa.
  15. Cook for a minute.
  16. Apply mother dairy melted butter evenly over the dosa.
  17. Now add prepared mixture, some ketchup, and mother dairy cheese spread. Mix well.
  18. Cook for a minute.
  19. Now, sprinkle grated mother dairy cheese cubes, cook until cheese melts.
  20. Transfer on the board and cut pieces and roll .
  21. Garnish it with grated mother dairy cheese and some chopped coriander.
  22. Serve hot.
