Chicken Shawarma Pizza

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Warm milk - 45 milliliters
All purpose flour - 380 grams
Milk powder - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 30 milliliters
Warm milk - 250 milliliters
Oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons

(For Chicken)
Boneless chicken - 600 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

(For Tahini Garlic Sauce)
Yogurt - 85 grams
Tahini paste - 60 grams
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Water - 2 tablespoons

(For Chicken Shawarma Pizza)
Maize flour - for dusting
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Onions - to taste
Tomato - to taste
Jalapeños - to taste
Black olives - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
Olive oil - for brushing

PREPARATION


(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons dry yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 45 milliliters warm milk and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams milk powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 30 milliliters oil, 250 milliliters warm milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and tuck the dough.
5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.

(For Chicken)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except olive oil and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes on medium heat.
6. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
7. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Tahini Garlic Sauce)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.

(For Chicken Shawarma Pizza)
1. Dust the floor with maize flour.
2. Place the dough on it and dust it with maize flour.
3. Knead the dough properly.
4. Divide it into two equal portions.
5. Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
6. Make the sides of the base a little bit thick with the help of your fingers.
7. Place it on a baking tray.
8. Add some pizza sauce on it and spread it evenly.
9. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
10. Place cooked chicken on top of it.
11. Top with bell pepper, onions, tomato, jalapeños and black olives.
12. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on it.
13. Brush the sides with olive oil.
14. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 8 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
15. Remove it from oven.
16. Top with prepared tahini garlic sauce.
17. Cut it into slices.
18. Serve.
