Grilled Egg Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Mayonnaise - 175 grams
Fresh cream - 30 grams
Mustard sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 75 grams
Boiled eggs - 7
Brown bread slices
Cheese slices
Butter - for brushing & grilling

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 175 grams mayonnaise, 30 grams fresh cream, 1 teaspoon mustard sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder and mix it well.
2. Add 75 grams spring onions, 7 boiled eggs and mix it well. Keep aside.
3. Take a bread slice and add the cheese slices on it.
4. Then, add the prepared egg salad on it and spread it evenly.
5. Place a another bread slice on top of it.
6. Place it in a grill machine.
7. Brush it with butter.
8. Cover the grill machine and grill for about 3 - 5 minutes.
9. Remove the sandwich from it and cut it into half.
10. Serve.
