INGREDIENTS

Maize flour - 150 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Water - 150 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Water - 350 milliliters
Sweet corn - 150 grams
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 50 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 50 grams
Cabbage - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Processed cheese - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams maize flour, 100 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
2. Add 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Take a ball from dough and dust it with all purpose flour.
4. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
5. Cut out triangles from it.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
8. Take a pan, add 350 milliliters water, 150 grams sweet corn and mix it well.
9. Bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
11. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 50 grams onions and fry till translucent.
12. Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.
13. Then, add 50 grams tomato and mix it well.
14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
15. Now, add 50 grams cabbage and mix it well.
16. Add 1/2 teaspoons alt and mix it again.
17. Now, add the boiled sweet corn and mix it well.
18. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
19. Add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and mix it well.
20. Add 2 teaspoons coriander and mix it again.
21. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
22. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 - 7 minutes.
23. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons processed cheese and mix it well.
24. Take a shot glass and fill it with prepared mixture.
25. Garnish with processed cheese.
26. Top with prepared nachos.
27. Serve.
